17th December 2009: International law-firm, Berwin Leighton Paisner LLP (BLP), has deployed VNC® Enterprise Edition from RealVNC to provide remote IT support for all of its 720 lawyers, including some 190 partners. The IT helpdesk team based in London is now able to provide fast and cost effective support for BLP staff based in offices across Abu Dhabi, Brussels, Paris and Singapore, or wherever they are working around the world.
With VNC Enterprise Edition, BLP's helpdesk can take remote control of any company PC or laptop and resolve IT problems quickly. RealVNC's software negates the need for helpdesk engineers to give lengthy and complicated instructions to its lawyers, who do not have the time to engage in time-consuming troubleshooting over the phone. This results in minimum disruption to their busy schedules and most importantly, BLP's clients.
